How to use the ‘My Wedding To Do List?
V iew To do list has some predefined set of to do list.The status can be set to Completed, InProgress, Notstarted. Completed List will display the tasks completed. UnCompleted List will display the tasks not completed. The iWedPlanner also provides Category Wise To-Do List And Duration Wise To-do-List. The Category Wise To-Do List helps the bride or bridegroom to Complete their tasks listed in the categories. The Duration Wise To-do-List helps bride or bridegroom to Complete their tasks within the specified duration. Category Wise To-Do List and And Duration Wise To-do-List. Will help you to organize your tasks .

How can I use the Budget?
B udget Calculation is designed to make your wedding planning faster, easier and less stressful, so you can relax and start looking forward to a day to remember. iWedPlanner contains complete list of every item that you’ll need to think about when planning your wedding budget. The budget is designed to include all of the items that might be purchased for a wedding from the obvious bride’s and groom’s attire, invitations, etc., to the more obscure items like attendants gifts, and more. You can always add your specific items or delete any items on the budget template which you may not be including in your wedding. The Budget calculates all of the costs contributing to your wedding including your first estimates, the actual costs you pay, what has already been paid so far, who pays for each expense.

What information can I get relating to Vendors?
A ll those people who help make your wedding so special will be kept in resources section. Wedding dresses, wedding cakes, restaurants, hotels, flowers, gifts, photographers and videographers, hair & make-up, jewelry, entertainment and anyone else of whom you want to keep track. Then on the day of your wedding, you will have a list of all of your important contacts, using the iWedPlanner vendor list.

Why do we need an RSVP?
With RSVP we can develop our complete guests list as well as the number of people who have been invited to the engagement, wedding and reception. RSVP provides the complete guests details as well as the number of people who will attend the engagement, wedding, reception and displays the guest list such as family list, occasion list, friends list, co-workers list, relatives list, VIP lists, etc., . With the help of RSVP we can arrange seats to the guests.

How to arrange the seats to the guests?
Steps involved in assigning seats to the guests:
1. Table/Chairs Classify: The first step is to define the table.The user should select the table number . The user must define the number of adult seats, number of kids seats and shape of the table. NOTE: Table can be assigned either to a family or a group. When the bride or bridegroom send the invitation using Guest Invite in RSVP (includes a category) they can choose the category of the guest to whom the invitation will be sent.If the bride or bridegroom chooses “Family” Category, then Family Wise Seat Assignment should be used. If the bride or bridegroom chooses “Friend” or “Co-Worker” or “Relative” Category, then Group Wise Seat Assignment should be used.
2.Family Wise Seat Assignment: In family wise seat assignment ,the user must select the name of the guest, table number, enter number of couples, number of adults seats (including couples),number of kids seats.

3.Group Wise Seat Assignment: In group wise seat assignment, the user must select the name of the guest, table number, enter number of couples, number of adults seats (including couples), number of kids seats.
