Hi, and thank you for visiting my page. My name is David Hooper, I am a personal trainer in the Vernon Rockville area of Connecticut.

I have been a trainer since 2003, beginning my career in a health club in Bristol, England. I attained my bachelor of science (BSc in the UK) in sports conditioning and coaching from the University of the West of England. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Sports Performance Coach certified though USA Weightlifting. I am currently studying my Masters degree in Kinesiology at the University of Connecticut.
