Our Formostar treatment is a deep heat treatment that utilises the body's natural cooling process to stimulate the metabolism. A Formostar session is undertaken lying down on a massage bed and cotton clothing is worn.  Many people feel deep relaxation, read a book, or even have a quick sleep.
