I started Special Dream Moments after my daughter got married in Oct. of 2012. I found as a single mother it was verey heard for me to afford to go to alot of places to get the things she wanted , so I began to make things. I found I had the talent to do it as well as any of the places that we could have went had we had the money. I decided to go in this line of work to help girls that otherwise would not be able to afford it. I work with ANY budget.
