We are an event planning service specializing in weddings and social occasions in the Cincinnati area. We realize that planning an event can be an exciting and yet very stressful undertaking - but it doesn't have to be! We will work with you to create a memorable, unique and joyful experience.We can bring your vision to life, orwe can design a unique event that reflects your personality and style.Either way, our goal is to make sure things go as smoothly as possible so that you and your family may relax and enjoy every minute of your special day.

We will meet with you for a free initial consultation to discuss your vision for this event and how we may assist you in making it happen within your budget. The only person we represent is you- so we will not pressure you to use any particular vendor, service or venue.

For those who want to plan their own event - we are also available to carry out your plans and direct people where they need to be. We will work as your personal assistants - so that you can relax and actually enjoy your Sublime Occasion.

DeLynn Coppoletti, Owner/Manager
I have been planning events for over seven years, including fund-raisers, corporate sponsored events and the opening of a regional art museum. I hold a BA in Communications/Marketing, a BFA in Art and have owned my own graphic design business. These experiences along with my creative vision and passion for planning make me uniquely qualified to help plan your event.

I love weddings ' and the all the excitement involved in celebrating the union of a man and a woman. I will take time and listen to what is most important to you and keep focused on those goals, while staying within your budget. I look forward to being a part of making your big day a truly memorable and joyous experience for you, your family and your guests.


Neena Stagge, Co-owner/Assistant
I have worked on location with Lauren DiFulvio Photography as an assistant for the past few years, covering primarily weddings. I hold a BS in Business Education from the University of Cincinnati and my career experiences include administrative assistance; sales; and managing a territory for a highly successful fundraising organization. I also planned my own unique Cincinnati wedding in 2002 at the Bell Event Centre, Downtown.

This along with my current role as 'Mother of the Bride' has given me insight into what a bride needs before and during her big day.It could be anything from where to put that last minute table at the reception, to finding and directing those special guests and family members who have an important role to play.Something always comes up at the last minute, and our job is to get it solved without interrupting your big day. Attention to details, and the desire to see your event be a pleasurable experience, make me just the right member of the Sublime Occasions team.
